›Does it cost anything to post a job?
No. Posting is free, with no limit on the number of roles and no contract. Optional paid add-ons are available from the employer dashboard if you want a listing to stand out, but a free posting appears on the board like any other.
›Do I need an account to look at jobs?
No. Browsing and reading every listing is open to everyone.
›Do I need a password to apply?
No. You enter your email and we send a one-time sign-in link. This confirms the address is real so employers receive genuine applications.
›Can I upload a resume?
Not at the moment. An application is your name, email, phone number and a short message to the employer. If the employer wants a resume, they will ask you for it directly.
›How long before my job posting appears?
Every posting is read before it is published, so it is not instant. Once approved it appears on the board and in search straight away.
›My posting was not approved. Why?
The reason is shown on your employer dashboard next to the posting. Fix the point raised and submit it again — there is no penalty and no extra cost.
›How long does a listing stay up?
10 days. We email you before it comes down, and renewing it for another 10 days is free and takes one click from your dashboard. If the role is filled you do nothing and it comes down on its own.
›Why do listings expire at all?
So that what a jobseeker sees is something an employer confirmed recently. A board that never expires anything fills up with roles that were filled months ago, and people stop trusting all of it — which helps nobody who is actually hiring.
›What do the paid options do?
They buy attention, never time on the board. A Featured Listing is pinned to the top of the job list and the homepage; an Urgent badge flags the role so jobseekers notice it first. Both are optional, bought from your dashboard after a posting is live. Renewing stays free either way.
›How do I receive applications?
By email, at the address on the posting, as each application arrives.
›Are the jobs all on Guam?
Yes. That is the entire point of the site.
›Something looks wrong with a listing.
