The Courier provides support to the Escrow, Title and Accounting Departments under the direct supervision of the General Manager in conformance with Pacific American Title Insurance and Escrow Company’s operational and administrative objectives.

Responsibilities
• Safely operate vehicles to complete deliveries/retrievals on time.
• Follow designated route driving plans, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure timely deliveries/retrievals.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle to identify maintenance needs or safety issues before and after each shift.
• Communicate effectively with departments to confirm delivery/retrieval schedules, address concerns, and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery receipts for record-keeping purposes.
• Assist with other duties when necessary.
Skills
• Experienced licensed driver with knowledge of route driving techniques.
• Ability to operate vehicle safely.
• Strong driving skills with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, banks and customers.
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met.
• Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds
Requirements:
• Must have a valid Guam drivers license
• Must have Valid car insurance if POV used during working hours.
• Must have Court Clearance – Requested only after offer of employment.
• Must have Police Clearance – Requested only after offer of employment.
